Shipping Policy
We’re based in Australia. If you’re local, your gear will land pretty quick. If you’re overseas, it’s still coming… it just has to cross oceans, borders, and a few questionable logistics decisions first.
We pack and send orders as fast as humanly possible. No warehouse limbo, no “processing” for five business days while we stare at it. Once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier network, which is a well-oiled machine… most of the time.
International shipping can take a bit longer depending on where you are. Customs might have a sticky beak, planes might take scenic routes, it’s all part of the adventure.
You’ll get tracking once it’s on the move. After that, we recommend patience and maybe refreshing the tracking page a completely normal amount of times.
Return & Exchange Policy
We like to keep things simple and fair no essays, no loopholes, no dramatic courtroom scenes.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, that’s on us. Send us a message, show us what’s going on, and we’ll sort it out.
If you’ve had a change of heart, ordered the wrong size, or just went a bit rogue at 11pm, that’s all good… but returns are on you.

If it looks like it’s been worn, tested, stretched, or “just quickly tried for a few days”… it’s yours now.
We’re easy to deal with, just not pushovers.
